Job Summary

• As the NOKOUT Officer, you will coordinate delivery and customer service operations by ensuring timely order processing, efficient dispatch coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing, packaging, and delivery operations
• Monitor stock usage and ensure availability of operational supplies
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate dispatch riders and ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related role
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of customer service and operational procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
