We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Personnel

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview job applicants.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboard new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Process leave requests, attendance, and other personnel documentation.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
• Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.
• Organize staff welfare, engagement, and other HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
