Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Inventory Officer, you will oversee inventory processes, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate documentation and control of inventory activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct stock reconciliation and quality checks on inventory received
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and supplier activities
• Ensure proper storage and organization of stock for easy accessibility
• Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 2–3 years experience as an Inventory Officer or related role
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP tools, and inventory reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Salary
Open to Negotiation.
