Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Support payroll processes and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle HR reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience within a Printing or Manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
