Job Summary

• As a Social Media Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding brand visibility, increasing engagement, and building thriving digital communities across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Identify trends, audience behaviours, and platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create high-performing campaigns.
• Manage community engagement and audience interactions.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly growth reports.
