Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Second class upper or First class) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or relevant operations management certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing daily business operations.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and performance management.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting.
• Experience in customer service and stakeholder management is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP or business management systems is an added advantage.
• Financial and budget management skills.
• Ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
