About the Role

• We’re looking for a creative Graphics Designer to help bring brand stories to life through visuals.
• At EBA, design isn’t just about looking good; it’s about building recognition and communicating value for personal brands and campaigns.
• This role is a chance to practice design in a fast-paced, branding-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Creation of brand kits, pitch decks, and media kits for clients.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure design aligns with copy and messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, following established guidelines.
• Quick-turnaround requests such as event flyers, reels thumbnails, and story templates.

Requirements

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and color use.
• Interest in branding, digital marketing, and storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn in a collaborative team.
