We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Locations: Lagos and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Mirahub Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented ACE Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee sales operations in Lagos and Kano.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, proven managerial experience, and a successful track record in sales.
  • The ACE Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, developing customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the ACE Sales team within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives to maximize team performance.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, repair centers, and key business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence reports for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient product availability, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
  • Lead field visits, customer engagements, and promotional activities to strengthen Mirahub's market presence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven managerial or team leadership experience.
  • Experience in the mobile device, consumer electronics, electrical products, or technology industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales management principles, market analysis, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare management reports.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions when required.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
