Job Title: Graduate Sales Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated fresh graduate to join our organization as a Graduate Sales analyst.
  • This is an entry-level leadership role designed for a young professional with a strong interest in sales, business growth, and relationship management.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive revenue, develop client relationships, and gradually grow into a full Sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
  • Leverage personal and professional contacts to generate leads and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Learn and apply best practices in sales leadership and team management

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Completed NYSC (Discharge or Exemption Certificate required)
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and leadership
  • Must have an existing network/contacts that can support business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, self-drive, and strong result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibility
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools is an added advantage
