We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Organize the warehouse to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and transported safely.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with the operations and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve operational issues related to warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in: Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Industrial Management, Warehouse Management or any related discipline.
