Job Title: Farm Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Mowe - Ofada, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Fram Sales Executive to help us connect our fresh produce with the right buyers.
• As our Farm Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of our farm’s produce.
• You’ll play a key role in ensuring our harvests reach homes, retailers, and distributors efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote farm produce
• Identify and engage potential clients including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and export partners
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with farm operations to align supply with demand
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural or FMCG sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with agricultural produce and supply chain logistics
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
• Must live around Mowe, Ogun State
• Ability to drive, must have current driver’s license

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
