Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Lekki - Ajah Axis, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are recruiting to fill the position of Van Sales Representative.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, visibility, and effective sales execution across assigned retail and wholesale outlets.
  • The Van Sales Representative will ensure that retail customers in assigned open and non-open markets are consistently served, and that company products are readily available and visible in all assigned outlets at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of route plans and strictly adhere to assigned routes.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database, including names, contact persons, addresses, and phone numbers within assigned markets.
  • Sell company products to existing and prospective wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately capture all sales transactions using company SFA devices.
  • Maintain full accountability for all stock assigned under custody.
  • Report customer feedback, complaints, and market intelligence to management.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives within assigned territory.
  • Execute merchandising and product display activities to enhance brand visibility in retail outlets.
  • Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company vehicles and products.
  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license and LASDRI certification.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: FSLC / SSCE / JSCE / NABTEB / ND / NCE / OND / B.Sc / B.Ed / B.Tech (in any discipline).
  • Must be fluent in English and at least one local language.
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Lagos State routes and markets will be an added advantage.
  • Must be between 20–30 years of age.

Remuneration

  • Fixed pay
