Job Title: Sales Associate - Real Estate and Property Development

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a driven, articulate, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling units within our property development projects, engaging prospective clients, and closing high-value real estate transactions.
• This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about real estate, confident in client interactions, and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert prospective buyers for property units across our development projects
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Provide market feedback and insights to support sales strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Law or related disciplines preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or high-value products
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
