Job Title: Business Development Officer (FMCG Sales)
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Description
- Are you passionate about sales and business growth? Do you have the drive to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales targets? We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing FMCG team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Acquire and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability across assigned territories.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3years' experience in FMCG sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
