Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise staff (waiters, hosts, and bartenders). Conduct shift briefings and delegate tasks to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Guest Relations: Provide a warm, premium welcome. Address customer feedback or escalated complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless food and beverage flow from preparation to service. Monitor opening and closing procedures, and maintain a tidy, welcoming lounge ambiance.
• Inventory & Controls: Oversee stock levels, manage requisition requests, and conduct routine quality and cleanliness audits.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
