Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our construction team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans based on architectural and engineering specifications.
• The successful candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Interpret engineering and architectural designs and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site modifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements when required to support project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship or OND / HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit or other CAD software is an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of drafting experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and building regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
