We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Key Account Sales Associate
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts (supermarkets, distributors, restaurants, etc.).
- Drive sales of agricultural products and produce.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-value clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Monitor client performance, orders, and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or food distribution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of initiative and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
