Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth for our Dry Hair product category in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and support the sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' sales experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or hair care.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
