Job Title: Group Business Performance Management System Lead (GMPS)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Group BPMS Lead to drive business performance management, strategy execution, governance, KPI management, and executive reporting across its operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution across the Group.
• Develop and manage KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate executive performance reviews.
• Prepare executive dashboards and business performance reports.
• Lead cross-functional performance governance and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in Strategy, Corporate Planning, Business Performance, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
• Strong experience working with executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting tools.
