Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable and sustainable training business model that aligned with Lonadek’s business objectives
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact technical and non-technical training programs.
  • Drive OEM-certified training initiatives and ensure compliance with partner standards.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and sectors for training opportunities.
  • Lead sales efforts for corporate and individual training programs across industries.
  • Develop strategic client relationships and key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the training team, including administrators, facilitators, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or professional services.
  • Experience working with OEMs or within engineering/technical training environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong industry network across key sectors (e.g., oil & gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, etc.).
