Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role
- We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Lekki real estate team. You’ll be selling residential, commercial properties, building client relationships, and closing deals in one of Lagos hottest markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate, and close sales for apartments, land, and commercial units
- Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, investors, and tenants. Follow up consistently till deal closes
- Stay updated on Lekki property trends, pricing, and competitor projects to advise clients
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and coordinate with legal/doc team for smooth transactions
- Meet monthly sales/letting targets and report weekly to management
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/BSc with 1-3 years sales experience in real estate
- Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills.
- Must be comfortable with targets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn commission
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month
