Job Summary
- As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and business growth.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns, brand activations, partnerships, and promotional events
- Oversee the marketing team, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance against business objectives
- Build strategic relationships with media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing initiatives and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
