We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Store Assistant
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure inventory levels are adequate
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to make recommendations to customers
- Support sales team in achieving sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an FSLC / SSCE qualification with 1 year experience.
- Candidates must live close to Ajao Estate or near the International Airport.
