Job Title: Fibre Engineer
Location: Ajah / Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Install, test, and maintain fiber optic cables and network systems.
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and cable repairs.
- Conduct network troubleshooting and resolve fiber connectivity issues.
- Use testing equipment such as OTDR and power meters to verify network performance.
- Carry out site surveys and assist in planning fiber network installations.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and network engineers to complete projects efficiently.
- Respond to network faults and provide timely technical support to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
