PR Fabrics is a premium fabric and textile store based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in high-quality special occasion textiles, traditional African wear, and ready-to-wear attire. The boutique is widely known for its brand motto, "Real Fabrics. Real Colours. No Surprises," focusing on providing customers with accurate visual representations of texturized and luxury fabrics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki - Phase 1, Lagos
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary

• We are growing and looking for passionate, driven professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service, grow our brand and bring beautiful fabrics to more customers locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk - in clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable fabrics.
• Close sales and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Process orders and coordinate package deliveries.
• Track sales, follow up on leads and repeat customers.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service (fabric / fashion industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target - driven with a passion for service.
• Organized, honest and result - oriented.
