Job Title: Head of Maintenance

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary 

• Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across a large multi-site network in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategy.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Manage HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, generators, plumbing and facilities.
• Oversee contractors and maintenance budgets.
• Drive asset reliability and operational excellence.
• Lead maintenance teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
• Strong multi-site maintenance leadership experience.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of critical building systems.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
