Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: No 62, Boladale Street - Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
• Provide accurate information and demonstrations on perfumes, diffusers, and home essentials.
• Promote and upsell products to boost revenue.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
• Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
• Process sales transactions and keep accurate records.
• Manage inventory and restock products when necessary.
• Support promotional activities and product displays.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Courteous, energetic, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn product details quickly.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with little supervision.
• Basic knowledge of fragrances or home diffusers is an added advantage.
