We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Manager - Recruitment, Field & Liaison (RFL)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development:

• Regional field recruitment strategy and execution across Port Harcourt and surrounding areas
• High - volume candidate sourcing and pipeline management across multiple sectors
• Candidate screening, assessment, and placement coordination

Field Operations & Team Management:

• Supervision and coordination of field recruitment officers and agents
• On-site hiring activities and candidate experience management
• Field team performance monitoring and coaching

Stakeholder & Client Liaison:

• Client relationship management and hiring requirement coordination
• Communication bridge between regional operations and headquarters
• Regulatory compliance and labour law adherence in field operations

Regional Market Intelligence:

• Labour market analysis and talent trend reporting for the South-South region
• Competitive positioning and recruitment strategy optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Certification: CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD (added advantage)

Experience:

• 5 – 8 years of recruitment management experience, with field operations exposure
• Proven track record in high - volume, multi-sector recruitment
• Strong experience managing recruitment teams and field agents
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and client management
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and regional talent acquisition methods
