About the Job

• We are recruiting Plant Operations Technicians to support the operation of a Sludge Evacuation and Treatment Plant. 
• Successful candidates will receive specialized training from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) before taking on plant operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in OEM technical training.
• Operate and monitor sludge evacuation and treatment plant equipment.
• Support tank cleaning and plant operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor process piping and equipment performance.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) requirements.

Requirements

• ND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, utilities, mechanical installation, water/wastewater treatment, tank farms, or oil & gas operations.
• Knowledge of process piping, industrial equipment, and site safety practices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare technical reports.
• Experience in sludge treatment or tank cleaning is an added advantage. Successful candidates will receive OEM training.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
