About the Role
- Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Senior IT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities across multiple industries.
- This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing strategic accounts and leading complex sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding Ouranos’ market presence while delivering exceptional value to customers through consultative solution selling.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior IT Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts and drive long-term customer growth.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct executive presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop winning customer solutions.
- Prepare compelling commercial proposals and negotiate complex contracts.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across existing accounts.
- Represent Ouranos professionally at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ enterprise IT sales experience.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise technology, system integration, or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and responding to enterprise tenders.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
