Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Yafrato Shopping Complex, Oba-ile road, Alagbaka, Akure - Ondo
Employment Type: Nysc

Summary

• As we continue to expand across Nigeria, we are opening opportunities for young, energetic, and customer-focused Corp Members to join our team.

This role is designed for:

• Serving Corp Members with a PPA that only issues monthly clearance but does not fully engage them.
• Corp members without an active PPA who are willing to serve productively.
• Corp members who want to gain real-world experience in logistics, customer service, and branch operations.
• If you fit any of the above, this is a great opportunity to grow, learn, and earn while serving.

What You’ll Do

• Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally.
• Respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about shipping rates, services, and timelines.
• Inspect items for defects and report discrepancies.
• Process, document, and prepare shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Support daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 1 year experience
• A serving NYSC corps member posted to Akure or the nearby axis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Ready to learn, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Residence within or close to the Alagbaka / Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage.
