Job Summary

• Do you know how to create content that gets people talking, sharing, and enrolling?
• Our client is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Specialist to grow our online presence, showcase our impact, and convert engagement into student enrolments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content that reflects our brand.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Cover school events, classroom activities, competitions, and special programs.
• Write compelling captions and storytelling content.
• Respond promptly to comments and direct messages.
• Monitor trends and recommend creative campaign ideas.
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to generate quality leads.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, and editing).
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience running social media advertisements is an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
