Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall operations and business performance of our real estate company.
  • The successful candidate will provide leadership across sales, administration, marketing, customer service, and business development while ensuring the company achieves its revenue, operational, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor departmental heads and employees.
  • Drive property sales and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Monitor business performance and prepare management reports.
  • Develop operational policies and ensure compliance across departments.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and investment prospects.
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years' management experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to make strategic business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
