We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing.
  • Market and sell the Company's real estate products and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases to promote the Company's offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
