Job Summary
- As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving revenue growth, leading commercial initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business operations and drive sustainable revenue growth across the organization
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes
- Provide leadership and direction to teams while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior management role within Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or related sectors
- Must be a Lebanese expatriate currently residing in Nigeria with a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment
- Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence.
Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 per month.
