Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is an advantage).
• 10 years' experience in business development, strategy, or commercial management, including a leadership role.
• Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership management.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and align business strategy with organisational goals.
