Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations, including a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ability to align HR strategy with business goals and partner with leadership teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data analytics, and Microsoft Office.
