Job Title: Business Champion

Locations: Ota - Ogun; Aba - Abia, Lekki, Ikeja/Ogba, Ikorodu - Lagos & Port Harcourt - Rivers

About the Role

  • We are seeking exceptional, high-potential first class graduates to join our Business Champion Programme.
  • This role is designed for individuals who aspire to become future business and operations leaders within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • As a Business Champion, you will serve as the bridge between shopfloor operations and technology-driven business solutions.
  • You will work closely with production, operations, engineering, and digital transformation teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyse operational data, and drive business performance.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for highly analytical individuals with strong leadership potential, commercial awareness, and a passion for solving real business challenges as we are not simply hiring a technology specialist—we are looking for future business leaders who can understand manufacturing operations, communicate effectively across teams, leverage data to drive decisions, and champion business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and shopfloor teams to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate operational needs into actionable business and technology solutions.
  • Analyse production and operational data to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence projects.
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and leadership while driving assigned projects.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new business challenges, technologies, and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • First Class Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) in Engineering, Science, Finance, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
  • Recent completion of NYSC.
  • 0–3 years of work experience (Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments or shopfloor operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect operational challenges to business solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academics, extracurricular activities, internships, or personal projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and execution discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will have an added advantage:
    • Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
    • SQL
    • Power BI
    • Python
    • Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Process Improvement methodologies.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly (Based on Skills, Experience & Potential).
