Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
  skills
• Good knowledge of appointment scheduling and client management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or booking software
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling payments and records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong people skills, friendliness and approachability
• Excellent customer service and communication.
