Tophire Africa - Our client, a Reputable Microfinance Bank based in Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Control & Compliance Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal control reviews, and compliance audits.
• Investigate control breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulators and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare compliance and risk reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with hands-on experience in a Microfinance Bank (MFB), Asset Management Company, or Finance Company.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 / month.
