We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive the sales of the Company's Internet and Telecommunications services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Company's Internet, Connectivity, Voice, Managed Services, and other Telecommunications solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC sales experience.
  • Previous experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecommunications environment is highly preferred.
  • Must have a proven track record of selling services and achieving sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Good business development and prospecting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other computer applications.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Result-driven with a passion for sales and revenue generation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ajah, or surrounding areas.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Must be smart, professional, and customer-focused.
