Job Summary
- We’re looking for a logistics officer to join our Ogba branch and support our day-to-day shipping operations.
- If you’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, documentation, and getting the job done right, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver items to the airport and ensure proper documentation of shipments.
- Reconcile shipment weights and verify accuracy before dispatch.
- Confirm items are securely packaged before drop-off.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organised records of all customer interactions.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping documents with full accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of shipment documentation and airport procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
