Job Title: Dispatch Rider / Recovery Officer

Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting qualified and energetic candidates for the role of Dispatch Rider / Recovery Officer across the following locations:

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers for debt recovery and account follow-up.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Submit daily and weekly recovery reports.
• Adhere to company policies and recovery procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid rider's permit (where applicable).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned location.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Salary
N175,000 Monthly.
