Tophire Africa - Our client, a Reputable Microfinance Bank based in Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance & Risk Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
• Prepare periodic management and regulatory reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with prior experience in a Microfinance Bank (MFB), Asset Management Company, or Finance Company.
• Strong analytical, financial management, and risk assessment skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting tools.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 / month.
