Job Title: Head, Project Supervision

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head, Project Supervision to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major engineering and construction projects across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision and execution of engineering and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide regular project performance reports to Management.
• Review engineering designs, project plans, and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, quality assurance, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Professional registration with COREN and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project supervision or project management role.
• Proven experience supervising large-scale engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, quality control, and HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software is an added advantage.

Salary
N2,000,000 - N2,500,000 / month.
