Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Expat Sales Manager to drive business growth within the plastics packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing local sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the local sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales within the plastics packaging industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
