Job Title: Expat Sales Manager (Plastics Packaging)

Location:  Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Expat Sales Manager to drive business growth within the plastics packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing local sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market insights.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage the local sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales within the plastics packaging industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
