Job Description
- We are looking for experienced and results-driven Sales Managers/Executives to drive sales growth for our range of Adhesives, Grout, Tile Installation Products, Waterproofing Chemicals (IWC/2K), and Tile Cleaners across key markets in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and project customers.
- Promote and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical applications to customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities with the wider sales team.
- Visit project sites, dealers, and customers to provide technical and commercial support.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagements.
- Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience (10 years is an added advantage).
- Proven experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong experience selling tile adhesives, grout, waterproofing chemicals (IWC/2K), tile cleaners, or related construction chemicals.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian building materials market.
- Strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, and project sales channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
- Candidates with experience in reputable manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers of adhesives, grout, waterproofing products, and construction chemicals will have a distinct advantage.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
