Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead thelearning, talent development, and organizational capability initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's learning and development strategy, policies, SOPs, and programmes.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and other functions.
  • Design competency frameworks and career development pathways for technical and non-technical employees.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Develop and produce learning materials and digital training content.
  • Implement blended learning programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Analyse training data and prepare management reports on learning outcomes.
  • Drive talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Design and deliver learning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational development (OD) interventions.
  • Manage learning projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders to build organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Professional certification such as CIPD, CIPM or NITD is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' overall work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in the ceramics, cement, glass, or similar manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the employee talent lifecycle and learning management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential.
  • Demonstrated team management experience.
