We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lekki Phase, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage staff performance.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain excellent customer service.
• Drive the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000/month.
• Accommodation: Available
