We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Content Creator

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a vibrant Female Front Desk/Content Creator to be the first face of our brand and also run our social media content.
  • If you’re confident, creative, and love engaging with people both in-person and online, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk:

  • Welcome clients/visitors professionally and manage reception
  • Handle calls, emails, bookings, and client inquiries
  • Keep the office organized and presentable

Content Creator:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, photos for IG/FB/WhatsApp
  • Manage our social pages, respond to DMs/comments, and track engagement
  • Capture behind-the-scenes of office activities, events, and promos

Requirements

  • Female only
  • Based in Kaduna or willing to relocate immediately
  • Minimum SSCE/OND. Good communication skills in English + Hausa is a plus
  • Presentable, punctual, and customer-friendly
  • Must know how to use a smartphone for content: Canva, CapCut, InShot, IG/TikTok
  • Prior front desk, customer service, or content creation experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
