Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Content Creator

About the Role
- We’re looking for a vibrant Female Front Desk/Content Creator to be the first face of our brand and also run our social media content.
- If you’re confident, creative, and love engaging with people both in-person and online, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk:
- Welcome clients/visitors professionally and manage reception
- Handle calls, emails, bookings, and client inquiries
- Keep the office organized and presentable
Content Creator:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, photos for IG/FB/WhatsApp
- Manage our social pages, respond to DMs/comments, and track engagement
- Capture behind-the-scenes of office activities, events, and promos
Requirements
- Female only
- Based in Kaduna or willing to relocate immediately
- Minimum SSCE/OND. Good communication skills in English + Hausa is a plus
- Presentable, punctual, and customer-friendly
- Must know how to use a smartphone for content: Canva, CapCut, InShot, IG/TikTok
- Prior front desk, customer service, or content creation experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
